Reported by an Old Sage, a Western monk who made a trip to China in the seventh century from Europe. Two kids, one Chinese and the other from the West, stumble find the monk in a cave on a distant mountaintop above the Eastern Ocean, hear him relate the story. One hundred painted scrolls depicting various incidents in the life of the Monkey King are now being kept by the monk. Start of the Legend.
