Alec Baldwin Police Interview After Rust Shooting: Asks If He's Being Criminally Charged FULL VIDEO

Alec Baldwin was interviewed by Santa Fe Sheriff’s detectives right after he shot and killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the “Rust” movie set. Baldwin is read his right and he says, “My only question is — am I being charged with something?” The deputies say no.

Baldwin tells them repeatedly that he only pulled the hammer - not the trigger and the gun went off on its own. FBI forensics later reported that was not accurate and that the trigger was puled.
