US caught in lies at the UN about Ukrainian Bio-labs - Gain of Function Bioweapons?

The UNSC (United Nations Security Council) convened a meeting at Russia’s request to discuss alleged US biological laboratories in Ukraine – and the fact that the American representative dismissed all of Moscow’s claims – without any explanation – comes as no surprise.
