If you were hoping for boss-fight music, this is sadly not the video for you, I'm afraid. :-/
Originally, I was going to call this remix something like "Samus's Fear/Dread" or maybe something whimsical like "Deorcsamusaphobia" ("fear of Dark Samus") but didn't think either title catchy enough. The mood of this cover/remix is naturally, then, meant to inspire dread and fear of Dark Samus rather than the actual fight. Excluding the rather annoying instances in Metroid: Other M, the only instances where Samus is shown to be frightened by anything is when (a) Dark Samus tries to steal her Light Suit in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, and (b) when it is indicated that she has a nightmare about Dark Samus' return at the beginning of Metroid Prime 3: Corruption.

"The Black Phoenix":
1. Dark Samus has this habit of "rising from the ashes" of her defeat again and again.
2. Dark Samus appears in the form of a black winged apparition after the defeat of each of the three hunters (Rundas, Ghor and Gandrayda) in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption.
