All mobilization activity is complete

Putin and Shoigu discuss the completion of the mobilization process. Unlike the US - an uber efficient war machine that's been at war for most of its existence - the Russian experience did need some ironing out. Shoigu reports:

▪️The average age of those called up is 35

▪️13, 000 volunteers have joined the 300,000 mobilized without receiving a summons

▪️218, 000 troops are in training

▪️82, 000 are already active on-duty personnel.
