MY RETURN TO HOLLY SPRINGS CITY HALL THE DAY AFTER TO FILE A NOTICE OF CLAIM WITH THE CITY CLERK!

The Neverending obstruction and Intimidation tactics demonstrated by this Mayor and her police force is really beginning to make me wonder if this is a twin city to Oxford and Lafayette County. This is me filing a formal notice of claim with the City Clerk which is then immediately presented to the Mayor. The Mayor appears almost immediately and had the chief of police and presumably the number two in command at Holly Springs Police Department
