I planted just a few sweet potato plants on a whim this year, and I wasn't sure what to expect when it came time to harvest. Cold Connecticut isn't known for growing sweet potatoes, so my expectations are low. To add to the mystery, I also grew these sweet potatoes in containers. Come hang out with me and see the harvest!
