What if you could see how it performs down the road?

At the #TectaAmerica warehouse in the Chicago area, when we built this building in 1996, we installed a “Showroom” on the roof consisting of a dozen different roof systems, and two versions of green roofs.

It was meant as a way to show a building owner different roof systems before they bought. We employed the Good/Better/Best Philosophy.

The world is full of unintended consequences though, isn’t it?

Now, after 26 years, we can see how different roof types have performed. Some may be more #sustainable than others.
