Very loud ventilation equipment. When the CIA setup those big pipes, I knew that this would happen, that this type of equipment would be kept running very often, even at night and weekends, it wasn’t a surprise to me. The DEP says it has to measure the loudness from my apartment, really? Why do they need to do that? This ventilation system can be seen from a block away, can be heard from at least fifty feet away, authorities don’t need to come to someone else’s home to know when an idling vehicle, truck , is loud, they can easily hear themselves, or a loud stereo, they only need ears, I’m sure they have them. All my complaints has been ignored.
