Do they serve a purpose?
Yes, they do, but you need to understand how they work.

First, what do they cover?
· Leaks from Materials or Workmanship.

Second, what don’t they cover?
· Abuse.
· Acts of God.
· Damage to the Building or Contents.
· Damage to the roof substrate.

Third, what do you need to do?
· Twice a Year Service Inspection.
· Document the inspections.
· Notify the Manufacturer of any leaks.

Simply put: Follow the Rules and you can KEEP THE WARRANTY IN EFFECT
