DND5E Party Role Guide: The Tank

Welcome Fellow gamers to a Party Role highlight. We are going to be showcasing two Tank builds in the next few weeks so I thought it was a great opportunity to do a deep dive into the Tank role.
Of all the party roles in DND 5th edition; the two that are surprisingly difficult to build well, are the party support Crowd Control and the Tank. Some would argue a good offense is a good defense, however a good tank, keeps his fellow party members safe by enticing or taunting creatures to find him an irresistible target. What makes you juicier than a caster in dental floss armor or the healer in a can who hits like a ton of fleas? Well Lets find out.
