How to make a delicious Mince Meat Spring rolls | Bourek Recipe | Assia's Cuisine

In this video I dive into one of my favourite parts of cooking which is making spring rolls/ bourek. This recipe is absolutely loved by my family, and I hope you LOVE it too!

Recipe:

Add 2 tbsp oil
Onion
Mince meat
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
Mix altogether, when cooked add
Parsley
2 eggs
Spring rolls sheets

Equipment:

Pan
Teaspoon (Tsp)
Tablespoon (Tbsp)
Tonsils
Wooden spoon
