Brandon Fellows cell phone video from inside the Capitol on January 6th shows at least seven police officers calmly standing around inside Statutory Hall, some having discussions with rallygoers, as people read historical plaques, take photos, and check their cell phones.

Brandon has been in custody since June 14th and denied bond for more than 500 days.
