Understanding immunity and viruses

Fear of disease is rampant in our society. The media is always alerting you: "The worst flu season yet"; get your flu shot! Do they have your best interest in mind or is it the corporations that pay them to spread fear? We no longer have capitalism but corporatism. Examine what feels right and learn to access what works for you. Do not let other people fear you into action.
