In this video I will show how to make the Columbo leather satchel that features a front pocket, an inside sleeve and an adjustable shoulder strap.

TALL: 7 3/4" (20 cm)
WIDE: 8 1/2" (22 cm)
DEEP: 2" (5 cm)

FRONT POCKET
TALL: 6" (15 cm)
WIDE: 7 1/4" (18.5 cm)
DEEP: 1 1/4" (3 cm)

MATERIALS
- BODY: approximately 6.5 sqft (0.6 sqm) 5.5-6 oz (2.2-2.4 mm) vegtan leather dyed by me with Fiebings saddle tan.
- STRAPS : body leather lined to achieve 8-9 oz (3.2-3.6 mm).You need a 47"(115 cm) long piece for the longest strap.
- 1 mm waxed thread
- edge dye

HARDWARE
- 1 x 1" (25 mm) buckles
- 2 x 1" (25 mm) D rings
- 2 Sam Browne studs

TOOLS
- cutter
- 1/16" (1.5 mm) round hole punch
- needles
- rubber mallet
- cutting pad
