Freedom Convoy Inquiry - Police Chief Steve Bell Redefines Violence

In what could only be described as either pure heinous misdirection or Orwellian "double-speak", Ottawa Police Chief Steve Bell tells the Emergency Act Commission that when he said there was violence, he didn't in fact mean violence in the legal sense, but rather he mean Violence, which must be a new patented word that's also moving at the Speed of Science.

When questioned about physical assaults, he was forced to testify that no there was in fact no physical violence, but rather meant the violence "felt" by the Ottawa citizens due to trucks honking and constantly running.
