Hey Foodies! Here's my Honey Walnut Tofu ( Vegan Recipe ), a twist on the classic Chinese Restaurant staple! Happy cooking!

Ingredients:
400g soft tofu (freezed, thawed and pressed)
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 cup sweet potato powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
6 tbsp nut milk
2 tbsp oil
airfry at 200°C for 10-12 minutes

3/4 cup raw walnuts
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup fiber syrup

Sauce:
1/2 cup chickpea mayonnaise
juice from 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp fiber syrup
season with salt and pepper
