Biden promised to end counterproductive wars

In his campaign for president, Biden promised to end our destructive, counterproductive wars. Two years later, we’re in the most dangerous war of all, a war against nuclear-armed Russia using Ukraine as proxy, and he’s refusing to use diplomacy to try to bring about an end to this terrible conflict.
