Donut Lembut Gebu Soft And Fluffy #shorts
600 gm tepung donut
200ml susu cair
200 ml air
1 sudu gula
11gm yis
secubit garam
3 sudu minyak
Satukan air,gula.susu, dan yis.Biarkan 10-15 minit sehingga kembang.Setelah yis kembang,masuk ke dalam tepung dan uli sebati.Masuk garam, minyak dan uli lagi.Rehatkan doh 1/2 jam.Kemudian bentukkan donut dan goreng sehingga kuning.Salut donut dengan gula halus.

Soft And Fluffy Doughnut
600 gm doughnut flour
200 ml water
200 ml evaporated milk/full cream milk
1 tbsp sugar
11 gm yeast
pinch of salt
3 tbsp oil
Combine water,milk,sugar and yis.Leave aside until yeast reacts.Then add into flour.Knead into dough.Add in salt and oil.Knead again and put aside 1/2 hour.Then shaped doughnuts.Fry till golden brown in deep fat.Roll doughnuts into sugar
