4 Exercise Progressions
In this video, I'm going to show you 4 different exercise progressions that you can use to help you make an exercise more challenging.
The progressions are simple, easy to follow, and will help add variety to your training.
Â
a) Speed of movement.
The quicker you move the more explosive the exercise.
b) Range of movement.
Performing the same exercise but with a great range of motion.
c) Reducing base of support.
A smaller base of support increases the difficulty of the exercise.
Â
d) Plane of movement.
Establishing a solid foundation in the sagittal plane before moving onto the frontal plan and transverse plane.
