I check Flight Radar 4 daily, and on my PC screen I see US military and US Navy aircraft circling over Yokota Chiki and Tokyo. It is a sight I see often.

Today, five Cessna planes were circling off the coast of Japan. This is off the southern coast of Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, and off the coast of Soma City, Fukushima Prefecture, where the nuclear explosion occurred in 311. Are there still some nukes buried there?
