Our team of UFO & Alien Investigators©, Tim & Tracey, received an email from a local who spotted an object in the daylight, today, seemingly hovering over Bakersfield, California. We immediately managed to spot the object and capture video of it over Bakersfield.

We concluded the following:

The object was a high altitude balloon launched from Paso Robles Municipal Airport at 05:33 AM PST. The object's FAA REG# N252TH.

We called Paso Robles Municipal Airport and they CONFIRMED there was a balloon launched this morning by a COMMERCIAL entity. We asked if it was NASA. Thy said no, it was not NASA. They would not tell us who the entity was.

The balloon reached our location around 1:00 PM PST at an altitude of 62,000 to 65,000 feet. The radar knot speed was between 3-9 knots the entire time.

We called the National Weather Service and the following reports were given on the wind speeds at that altitude (we wanted to know if it was moving with the wind or had some type of motor driven capabilities). The weather stated, "Winds above 50,000 feet were from the west at 30 knots over Paso Robles and Bakersfield. 40,000-35,000 feet had wind near calm. There was a high pressure."
