Come on a run swim run with me (COLD)

Come on a 10° run swim run with me... I've been going on these every morning

most days I look forward to it,

this day was different

I was very cold and stayed in the water for 10 minutes

on the run back I couldn't move my arms and when the bounced from my stride it felt like my tendons were about to snap...

it took me 10 minutes to get my socks off because my hand were so cold...
