The Government is Not Coming to Save You: Why Workplace Democracy is the Solution

The U.S. government is unable and/or unwilling to solve problems like health and safety hazards, and wage disputes, in the workplace, so we must solve these problems within our workplaces as much as possible.

I explain why more unions are necessary, from a Marxist-Leninist perspective, adding that socialism and communism are not necessarily statist ideologies.
