🦊9-month old urban vixen responding strongly to aggressive Ivermectin treatment 4 sarcoptic mange

Apple is a 9-month-old vixen who has had a bad case of sarcoptic
mange which has resulted in fur loss and skin irritation.

If untreated it would lead to greater fur loss, irritation and eventual death
with great suffering. The wonderful folks at South Essex Wildlife
Hospital has provided me with 2 doses of 0.5ml 1% Ivermectin.
The first dose was applied in a cheesy roll a week ago and I have
supplemented it with my own 'privately' acquired medicine at
5 days. The biting bugs should now be dead and in a couple of days, I
will provide another dose which will kill the eggs on her skin.

She looks visually healthier and is no longer scratching incessantly
and her fur is growing back.

So the DRUGS DO WORK and thank god for that it is so
pleasing to have intervened on her behalf and relieved her
suffering.
