Pennsylvania Ballot Box Seems *PRE LOADED* with ballots!!

This ballot box is one of three that has been reported as having ballots "pre-loaded" before it was officially opened by election officials.

The sound was cut and the officials were blurred for their own safety as they are **NOT** being alleged of **ANY** wrong doing!!!
