What if engineers from Blue Origin switched sides and joined Elon Musk's SpaceX?

Did you know that on July 20, #BlueOrigin's mission to the edge of orbit was successfully completed? Thus, Jeff Bezos became one of the first two billionaires to travel to space as a result of this event. Blue Origin seems to have been a huge success in that aspect, right? Sadly, the company's rich founder's return to Earth resulted in a complete breakdown of internal operations. Additionally, the loss of several important engineers and executives has hurt the organization. The number of lead and senior engineers who departed blue origin this summer was actually around 17, with several of them doing so soon after the Bezos space mission. Two of the engineers, Nitin Arora and Lauren Lyons, also disclosed last week that they will be working for other space companies. The two businesses are #ElonMusk and #SpaceX. Additionally, during the past few weeks, some LinkedIn pages have undergone a covert redesign.
