These stories are becoming more common place - someone is caught up in the emotional rhetoric of leftist policies and ideas, because they seem to be good and seem to be geared at helping all others around them. Then this same person decides to look into matters further, and when confronted with data, realizes that there is almost no data that overly supports current leftist ideologies. They realize that if they truly want to be a benefit to society and help other people that many of the policies put forth by the current right side of the political spectrum are actually the ideas that will work - backed by facts and logic.
