Shanghai launches inhalable COVID vaccine amid surge

The Chinese city rolled out the product on Tuesday (October 25) as a booster shot, according to Shanghai Media Group (SMG), as caseloads were on the rise in China. The inhalation vaccination involves a two-step process - the atomization of the vaccine and the inhalation, as reported by SMG. The recipient has to inhale deeply via their mouth for 15 seconds and then hold their breath for another 5 seconds.
