We were seeking to promote peace, but the West did not support these efforts, but rather faced increasing pressure on us, Russia does NOT consider itself an enemy of the West, we do NOT seek hegemony and we do NOT want the world to depend on 2 or 3 poles, no stability in relations with the West at all now, they sign agreements and then reject them easily - Putin.
