POV: Conversation with my husband about getting another investment property

If you’ve been following for a while, you know that I have a huge passion for real-estate investing. My husband and I have multiple properties and have dabbled in many different investing strategies over the last 14 years. It’s always hard for me not to jump when the perfect property becomes available, actually it’s almost physically painful 😆. I’m a visual person, so it’s easy for me to visualize the potential a property can have, that other people may not see. It kills me to let those go and I’m always looking for the right buyer.
