October 26, 2022, the Dane County Circuit Court held an oral ruling hearing in League of Women Voters of Wisconsin v. WEC. Case Number 2022CV002472.
Judge Nia Trammell has rejected a request from the state's League of Women Voters to allow election officials to count absentee ballots with incomplete witness addresses.
