Korean Food Bossam - Boiled Pork Dish - #shorts

#shorts - Bossam (보쌈) is a boiled pork dish. The meat is boiled in brine until it is really tender and then served thinly sliced. It is so yum! Bossam refers to how the meat is enjoyed - at the table, you wrap the meat in a cabbage leave along with various condiments such as radish, salted shrimp, ssamjang and garlic to name a few!

There are so many different textures at once! Both crunchy and chewy, and then all the combination of garlic and the sharpness of the radish! All surrounding the delicious fatty pork… every mouthful is SIMPLY DIVINE!

I could eat this quite happily for the rest of my life! Well… that and all the other WONDERFUL Korean dishes there are!! We are sooo spoiled for choice here in Korea!
