Peak District MTB | Goyt Valley | Riding on my hardtail

25th September 2022 riding with Phil around the Goyt Valley.

We had planned to go and try some new off piste but I snapped a spoke on my full suss last weekend so it is off being repaired.

We decided to instead revisit the Goyt Valley and I was riding back on my hardtail. I've been riding a full suss since the start of the year and my god it was a shock to the system to get back on the hardtail again. The leg and arm pump were insane, I have to say though I had a blast, hardtails can be way more fun!

Think I'll be doing a few more rides over winter on this bike!
