2-3 drops yellow food color

For tempering:

1 teaspoon mustard seeds

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1/4 teaspoon asafoetida

1 tablespoon oil

2-3 curry leaves

1/4 cup (60 ml) water

Method:

1. In a bowl, take curd, turmeric powder, salt, sugar, besan and baking soda.

2. Mix well and make a smooth batter.

3. Add oil and food color. Mix well.

4. Grease a plate with oil.

5. Pour the batter into the plate.

6. Steam in a steamer for 10-12 minutes.
