The secret... habit stacking.

Our brain is constantly making neurological connections between things to make sense of the world and what we learn (why sleep is so important).

By creating related or unrelated sets of 3 or more habits, your brain will find it easier to ossify each habit and make them more autonomous. This is because each habit will be associated with the others - if you complete the first habit (watch my video until the end), you are way more likely to get the next done and so on.

Moreover, as you learn to implement habit stacks in every area of life, making progress to achieving your desirable outcomes (goals) becomes easier as you gain drive and discipline.

All adversity you face can be used to increase the faith you have in yourself or learn something that will ultimately take you one step closer to total victory.
