Great public comments on declining enrollments, need for fiscal conservancy with economic turn down.

Budget and levy approval. Members of audience being extremely rude, laughing at actions of the board. Mentions of survey results, but members state survey results are not released. Only 17% survey participation, hardly the majority of the voters. Taxing for hopes the referendum passes.
