This is a lighter bouncier drone intended to help you focus on and expand the joy within
your heart. Sit comfortably, somewhere you won’t be disturbed for 30 min. Touch the roof
of your mouth with the tip of your tongue, which you draw back from your teeth and settle
in the slight well after the ridge in your upper palate. Wear loose clothing that will keep you
at a happy temperature. Feet flat on the ground – you can place your hands on your thighs
with palms upwards and your eyelids half open or closed. Some recommended you turn
your eyes to look at your third eye, your Ajna Chakra. At first be straight with the feeling that your crown is being slightly pulled by a rope from above so that your neck feels like a
space.
Don’t force anything. Breathe deeply into your diaphragm. If you don’t know how, lie in
foetal position for a bit and then model that breathing – that is diaphragmatic breathing.
Advanced practitioners use reverse breathing – pull the tummy in on the in breath and relax on the out breath. In all breathwork be the bellows of the universe – gentle yet profound.
Begin by focusing on that breathwork and then, as you sink deeper, focus on all the things in life that make you happy, that bring your joy. Silently pledge to yourself that you’ll no longer dwell on the imperfections in yourself and others but only in their perfections. That includes public services and officials, corporations and so on. Yes, nobody’s perfect but that doesn’t mean you have to think about it – if your mind drifts away, simply indicate a preference for the perfect.
Keep amplifying the joy until you think you’ll break out into a smile…

Repeat the Affirmations – the Ascended Masters, the Divine and the Angels are always listening.
Assume the Feeling of the Wish Fulfilled. If you FEEL like you have it, you’ll have it much sooner.
Don’t dwell. If you do the work, the work is enough. If you spend all your time focusing on wanting, you’ll simply get more wanting. 17sec is all it takes, then forget about it, feel it as part of the work, but let the Universe do its job.
Never spend time thinking where it is, why hasn’t it happened and so on – while you’re there, it’ll never come. Have FAITH.
Don’t unpick it. Guided Meditations, Trancework, Affirmations all work – we don’t need to know how – just like a computer, use it, but let it simply work FOR you.

It doesn’t matter if you sleep, but you’ll get more from it if you are awake and deep in trance - unless you are listening to it to help you sleep.
