JPMorgan settles lawsuit for keeping 2 sets of book violating agreement with DOJ

How can we expect a fair and transparent market when the bad actors can continue to break the law without consequences JPMORGAN had a waiver of prosecution agreement with the DOJ and in order to keep breaking the law they just kept 2 separate books They settled the civil lawsuit and seem to be getting a pass to continue breaking the law with no consequences
