Jalapeno Poppers Stuffed with Shrimp Mousse, Bacon Wrapped | Chef Terry

Here is my variation of Jalapeno Poppers. These I have stuffed with Shrimp Mousse laced with goat cheese. I then wrapped them in bacon. This recipe can be adapted to less fiery chilies like the sweet mini peppers I used.
Ingredients
Shrimp Mousse
1 lb Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 Egg
Salt and White Pepper
1 teaspoon Old Bay
4 ounces Crumbled Goat Cheese
Jalapeno Popper
4-6 Jalapeños or Mini Sweet Pepper
12-15 slices Bacon (thin sliced)
