Adam Brinn from Reddit Sent in a Video For Enhancement

Adam reached out to me on Reddit mentioning that he had captured this last year. I asked him to send over the footage to me, so I could see what kind of additional details I could get out of the capture.

Adam is walking on a trail beside a lake - pans the camera over the lake - captures an object for a few milliseconds and then it disappears.

While I'm on the middle of the road that this might be a bug or it might be something different, I thank Adam very much for sending this over to me, for me to take a stab at bringing out further details.
