Timewarp Orb is Not Just a One Off Occurrence

Here's what my buddy had to say about this capture when he posted it:

This happened on the Vegas UFO skywatch tour with some people at the Las Vegas time warp. If you don't know what the Las Vegas time warp is its a place where time slowed down very quickly that Joshua P Warren discovered using a special meter called a DT meter. If you want to know more information about this location Google it. Two orbs showed up again at this location. These orbs could be plasma discharges from the high voltage power lines and are only visible on night vision or special ultra violet cameras the power companies have. So until I have more information there are two answers to what these lights are. These can only be seen through night vision and can't be seen with your eyes. I will have more answers soon about what these lights are. This is also not a car or person in the field we walked down there. This video is up on my YouTube for better video quality.
