SEC rule 602 should mean transparency for AMC but rules without enforcement has no value

SEC wants to implement rule 242.602 which on it face means more transparency but everything they want to implement in rule 602 is already unacceptable They know what goes on in the dark pools and they ignore the overwhelming evidence of criminal activities They can implement all the rules they want but if no one is enforcing them they mean absolutely nothing
