NGO migrant ship to face first test of Italy's new govt policy

The Ocean Viking rescue ship saved dozens of migrants from overcrowded boats on Tuesday (October 25), as the new nationalist government in Rome threatened to prevent it - and another charity-run refugee boat - from entering Italian waters.
