We've watched this object come around for quite along time now. I like to call it a flasher. Some people have said it looks and appears like it's taking photos, while others have insinuated it's a satellite. It does not appear on the satellite tracker Jason's using, but that's not to say that something supposed to be secret would. Is this a ufo? is this a human made object? Who knows - it certainly does show up often.
