Texas Troopers Find 84 Migrants in Bed of Dump Truck near Interior Border Checkpoint

A Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper got a surprise when he conducted a routine commercial motor vehicle inspection on a dump truck in Cotulla, Texas. After looking in the bed of the dump truck, he found a mass of people huddled in the back. The driver of the dump truck was arrested and charged with 84 counts of human smuggling.
