1 cup Sparkling Water or Soda
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Creole Seasoning
1-2 tsp prepared Horseradish
2 Garlic cloves, minced
½ to 1 tsp Hot Sauce, adjust to taste
Juice of ½ lemon, about 2 tablespoons
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
