And to the angel of the church in Sardis write: Thus says he who has the seven spirits of God and the seven stars: I know your works, that you have a name, that you live and that you died.
Be vigilant and strengthen others who were dying; for I have not found thy works perfect before God.
So remember what you received and heard, keep it and repent. And if you don't look, I'll come on you like a thief, and you don't know what time I'll come upon you.
But you also have people in Sardis who have not soiled their clothes, and they go with me in white clothes; because they're worth it.
The victor will wear white, and I will not erase his name from the book of life; and I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels.
Whoever has an ear, hear what the Spirit says to the communities.
And to the angel of the church which is in Philadelphia, write: This says what is holy, what is true, who has the key of David; that opens and no one closes; and closes, but no one opens.
I know Thy works; behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no one can shut it. when you had some strength, you kept my word and didn't deny my name.
Behold, I will make them out of the synagogue of Satan who say they are Jews, but are not, but lie; here I will bring you and bow before your feet and know that I love you.
If you will heed my word of patience, I will protect you against the moment of temptation that will face the whole world to test those who live on earth.
Here I am coming soon; keep what you have so that no one takes your crown.
Whoever overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God, and he will never go out of him again; and I will write on it the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem which comes down to my God out of heaven, and also my new name.

And to the angel of the church at Laodicea write: Thus says Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God:
I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot; I wish you were cold or hot!
Therefore, because you are lukewarm, neither cold nor hot, I spit out of your mouth.
As you say: I am rich and I became rich and I lack nothing; and you don't know that you are miserable and miserable and poor and blind and naked;
I advise you to buy from me gold tried in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, and that the shame of your nakedness may not be seen; and anoint your eyes with a spyglass, that you may see.
I rebuke and chasten all those I love; so be zealous and repent.
