Emotion is one of our most powerful drivers. It can help us make decisions and act on them, but it also helps us remember things better. When we attach emotion to something our brain makes it stick so we don't forget it later on.
So how do we use this in sales and marketing? Well, if you're trying to get people interested in buying your product or service, then you need them to be excited about it—and that excitement is going to come from how much of an emotional tie they see in the meaning of your solution.
