HHS is buying $290 million dollars worth of a nuclear emergency medicine (Nplate) from Amgen. This drug is for treating acute radiation syndrome (ARS) or better known as radiation sickness. Why are they buying it? For an imminent attack? For the continuity of government? Big Pharma payoff?
